We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, there are no refunds and/or exchanges.

Refund process

• Only regular-priced items may be refunded. All discounted items or reduced price are final sale.
• To complete your refund, we require proof of purchase.
• Your item must be unworn and must be in the original packaging.
• Contact us at info@madebyadObo.com and we will provide a return number for a refund.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Upon receipt and inspection of your return, a credit to your original method of payment will be processed.
• An email will be sent to you with confirmation of your refund. Please allow 10-14 days to process.
• If a delay occurs, please contact your bank.
